Two men, two coaches, two different styles, and two men who are able to use their unique gifts.

Yes, I know that Ted Lasso and Roy Kent are fictional characters that have been charged with coaching the fictional AFC Richmomd but the reality is that these two are able to effectively lift their team to another level. Like any good coach, they are able to see the potential that exists in each individual they work with. They negotiate the ups and downs but are able to keep their focus on the larger goal.

By now you may be asking what does a fictional dramedy have to do with Life Coaching? Everything! A Life Coach is committed to having their clients obtain the greatest benefit of their life. A Life Coach keeps their eye on their clients big picture while their client takes a step by step approach to creating their story. A Life Coach is there to encourage, be a cheerleader, and to notice their clients blind spots. Most importantly, a Life Coach is there to help their client strengthen their core values. A strong set of core values enables their client to withstand the trials of life. Spoiler Alert, we will all experience trials in our life!
