What are your gaps?

If you’ve ever been to London and got around the city via the London Tube, you cannot help but notice the signs that states; “Mind the Gap”. The Gap is that space that exists between the train platform and the car that you are stepping into. The sign is a reminder to be careful as you step over that gap so that you don’t trip and fall.

We can go through life without paying attention as the gaps that we have in our life can trip us up. Those gaps in our life are those spaces that are not visible to us or our blind spots.

I have had those moments in my life that had a positive flow only to be tripped up by a gap that I had failed to address. It is in those moments that I know that I need to address that gap. In my past, I would all too often take the alternative route which was to give up.

I worked with a client recently who was concerned about their gaps between where they were and where they wanted to be. They wanted assistance in understanding why they were routinely tripped by certain interactions. I was able to work with them to reflect upon certain triggers they had which were within their gaps. We were able to create a plan of action that would allow them to be more aware of their gaps so that they would not be events that would create an unwanted interaction.

So what about you? Do you find that you have your personal gaps that keep tripping you? Do they create moments in your life in which you feel face down from missing that gap that just tripped you?

Maybe you simply need to work with someone who is able to help you discover your gaps that keep tripping you up. Maybe it’s time for you to quit derailing your life in those moments. Maybe it’s time for you to tell your story. Maybe it’s time to take your stand and build your life foundation. Maybe it’s time for you to take control of your life. Maybe it’s time for you to CRASH into your world.

You need to make your choice!

I am holding a CRASH Workshop on Monday December 20th at 7pm. This is your opportunity to learn how you can CRASH into your life!
