I Have a Dream

As I progress down my path of life I am focused upon the 5 things for my life. I am most at peace when at the end of each day I am able to reflect upon each aspect and am able to see that I am in a better position currently then I was 24 hours earlier. Each day is an opportunity for me to move into a deeper relationship with God and those who I can connect with on my journey. Every day I have an opportunity to intersect with the lives of another and each intersection provides me the chance to have a positive impact in their life. As each day ends, I am one day closer to my goals that I have set out to accomplish. Every day is a reminder that the body that I have been provided is a temple in the eyes of the Lord and I must treat this temple with the utmost respect by maintaining my physical health and continually educating myself.

I have a dream that the five things for life with lead me to direct and lead an organization that provides a holistic approach of body, mind and spirit as a way to develop the future leaders that our nation so desperately hungers for. The organization will work with those who we are able to intersect with to help them to realize that their potential is God’s gift to them and how they use that potential is their gift back to God.

I have a dream that since this organization is indebted to no one, we will be able to utilize our financial resources to impact the impoverished areas of our world in such a way that we are providing a hand up by showing the impoverished that through a God given entrepreneurial spirit they can lift themselves up.

I have a dream that this organization will effectively create, build and lead teams of people that are ready to step away from their comfort zones and go into those areas of the world that many would view as the least of these. They will go to the same impoverished areas and display true compassion and love to their fellow man and live beyond themselves in this true life changing experience.

I have a dream that someday I will have written some books and have an active online blog that inspires others throughout the world.

I have a dream that I will impact the lives of many who are now living their lives fully engaged and prepared to crash into this world.

Finally, I have a dream that one day I will find that small cabin that rests next to a crystal blue lake at the base of a mountain and this is the place where I will go to on a regular basis for my time reflection where I will be able to spend quality time with my loving wife and children as we continue upon this journey of life leading and inspiring those within our sphere to reach for greater things.

I know that each moment that I am on this side of life is one moment closer to the realization of this dream.
